Our SR1 Pro combines quick roll-up convenience with dual-seal weather protection that sheds rain and road spray across all four seasons. The reinforced vinyl construction holds up to everyday use while keeping your truck bed cargo secure and out of sight.

You can operate the entire cover with one hand—roll it open at a stoplight, snap it closed before a downpour. The low-profile design maintains your truck’s clean lines and doesn’t interfere with cab or toolbox clearance. We built the SR1 Pro for drivers who need daily reliability without the weight or complexity of a hard cover.

Marine-Grade Vinyl Construction & Weather Sealing
Product details

Marine-Grade Vinyl Construction & Weather Sealing

We use a triple-layer vinyl laminate—the same material spec found across our entire roll-up covers line—with UV inhibitors baked into the outer layer to prevent cracking in desert heat or winter cold. The middle foam core adds insulation and impact cushioning, while the inner liner resists mildew even when condensation builds up inside a closed bed.

The dual-seal rail design is where the SR1 Pro pulls ahead of budget soft covers. Most single-seal systems leak at highway speeds when rain hits the windshield and channels back along the rails. Our outer seal catches the first wave of water, and the inner bulb seal stops anything that slips past. We’ve tested it in commercial car washes and two-hour downpours—your gear stays dry.

One-Handed Roll & Snap Operation
Sizing & fit

One-Handed Roll & Snap Operation

You don’t need to set down your coffee or your phone to open this cover. Grab the pull strap at the tailgate, roll the canister forward, and snap the buckle over the cab. The entire motion takes about four seconds once you’ve done it twice.

The tension system underneath the canister keeps the vinyl tight as you roll, so you’re not fighting a floppy tarp or trying to align snaps. When you’re ready to close it, unsnap the buckle, unroll toward the tailgate, and press the bulb seals into the rails. The cover self-aligns as long as you start square at the cab end.

Installation & Bed Compatibility

Clamp-On Rails

The SR1 Pro uses side rails that clamp onto your bed rails with padded C-clamps—no holes, no permanent mounts. You’ll tighten eight clamps total (four per side) with the included hex key. We pre-position the clamps at the factory, so you’re mainly verifying fit and snugging them down.

Bed Liner & Accessory Clearance

The rails sit on top of spray-in or drop-in bed liners without issue. If you run a cab guard or headache rack, measure the gap between the rack and the bed rail—our frame needs 1.5 inches of clearance when fully rolled. Fifth-wheel and gooseneck users can roll the cover all the way forward and still access the hitch ball; just don’t try to tow with the cover halfway rolled, since wind load will stress the canister mounts.

Completely dry after a two-hour storm
I installed this last month and drove through a serious rainstorm on I-40. When I got home, I opened the bed expecting at least some moisture—completely dry. The dual seal really works. Installation took me about 25 minutes by myself.

One-handed operation is no joke
I can roll this thing open with a bag of groceries in my other hand. My old cover required two hands and three latches. This is so much faster for daily errands.

Great cover, needed tension tweak after a month
The vinyl stretched a tiny bit after the first few weeks, so I had to adjust the tension knobs. Took two minutes and it’s been perfect since. Would’ve been five stars if it didn’t need that initial adjustment.

Works perfectly with my spray-in liner
I was worried the clamps wouldn’t grip over my Line-X, but they sit right on top with no issues. The cover stays put even on rough gravel roads.

No drill install saved me so much hassle
I’ve installed tonneau covers before that required drilling into the bed rails. This clamp system is so much cleaner, and I didn’t have to worry about voiding my truck warranty.

Low profile looks factory
From the side, you barely notice this cover. It doesn’t stick up like some of the hard folding ones I looked at. Keeps the truck looking sleek.

Common Questions About the SR1 Pro

Yes, we manufacture the SR1 Pro in sizes for 5.5-foot, 6.5-foot, and 8-foot beds across most truck makes and models. When you order, select your truck year, make, model, and bed length from the dropdown. The rails and canister are pre-cut to your exact bed dimensions, so there’s no trimming or custom fitting required on your end.

You can roll the cover forward partway and drive at city speeds to haul tall cargo, but we don’t recommend highway driving with it partially open. Wind pressure at 60-plus mph can stress the canister mounts and cause the vinyl to flap. For anything over 40 mph, either roll it all the way open and secure the canister with the front straps, or keep it fully closed.

The SR1 Pro locks through your tailgate, so casual thieves can’t roll it open from outside when the tailgate is latched. However, vinyl can be cut with a knife, so it’s not as secure as a hard aluminum panel cover if you’re parking in high-risk areas overnight. For most users—job sites, mall parking, gas stations—the SR1 Pro provides plenty of deterrent. If you regularly leave high-value tools in the bed unattended, consider our HF3 hard cover instead.

The SR1 Pro clamps onto the bed rails above spray-in or drop-in liners without interference. For toolboxes, measure the gap between the back of the box and the bed rail. You need at least 1.5 inches of clearance when the cover is fully rolled toward the cab. Most low-profile toolboxes leave enough room; tall diamond-plate boxes sometimes don’t. If clearance is tight, contact us with your toolbox model and we’ll confirm fit.

Most users adjust tension once after the first month of use as the vinyl breaks in, then maybe once more per year depending on climate. If you park in direct Arizona sun year-round, vinyl stretches slightly faster and you might tweak it twice a year. The adjustment knobs are at the rear canister mounts—quarter turns clockwise until the cover is snug but not overstretched.

Yes. Loosen the eight clamps with the hex key, slide the rails off the bed, and store the whole assembly in your garage. Reinstallation takes about ten minutes since the clamp positions are already set. Some users keep the cover on and just roll it all the way forward, but if you’re hauling an ATV or a refrigerator, full removal gives you maximum clearance.

The SR1 Pro includes a three-year warranty covering material defects, seam separation, and frame corrosion. Normal wear from UV exposure and daily use is expected, but if a seam splits or the vinyl tears under normal conditions within three years, we’ll replace the affected component. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, modifications, or improper installation.
